Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled at any circumstances once it is placed.

Do not accept the parcel if you feel the parcel is torn, broken from outside, opened or the contents are abstracted. In such cases, take a image or video and refuse the parcel to the delivery person. Parcels mentioned with the above condition if accepted, cannot be claimed for any damages, returns and refunds from Big Sister Baby Brother.

Big Sister Baby Brother reserves all the rights to cancel the order if the product is not available, in such cases, actions will be taken as per the refund policy.
